This listing is for clients who have met with Kristi and are ready to move forward with their Bespoke Custom project. Custom work is an exciting process! Please review the following terms. By paying this design fee, you agree to these terms:

1. Final Sale: All custom work is final sale. Due to the unique and personalized nature of these pieces, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Resizing: Ring resizing is available for an additional fee, which will vary based on materials and complexity.
3. Creative Direction: Kristi serves as the Creative Director of your project. You agree to respect the executive design decisions made by Kristi. The more you trust her vision, the better the results.
4. Design Revisions: You will have multiple opportunities to make changes during the initial design process. Our standard process includes up to 3 design consultations and two edits of the 3D model. Any further changes may incur additional fees and affect the production timeline.
5. The Design Fee is a non-refundable payment that A) covers Kristi's time for concept development, communication, pricing, and scheduling. B) Secures your place in our Custom Project Queue. C) Is not applied toward the final cost of your jewelry.
6. Payment & Production: Once the final design and project cost are approved, a deposit or full payment (as discussed) will be required to begin production. Production timelines vary depending on design complexity and Kristi's current schedule and will be communicated clearly before production begins.
