Custom Design Fee

This listing is for folks who have met with Kristi and are ready to move forward with their custom project. 

Custom work is an exciting process. Please note the following terms. By paying this deposit you agree to these terms. 

1. All sales are finale. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these products they can not be returned or exchanged. We can however, resize rings. Pricing will vary deepening on the details.  
2. You agree to respect the executive design decisions set forth by Kristi.
3. You will have many opportunities to make changes during the design process. However, once your final design is confirmed, any further changes will incur additional fees.
4. The deposit collected today will be applied to your final invoice and secures your place in our Custom Queue. Please note, this deposit is non-refundable if you decide to withdraw from the custom project for any reason.
